My name is Jayne Micallef. I specialise in prenatal care supporting expectant mothers and couples on the path to a safer, easier and more comfortable birth.
I offer personalised one-on-one Pregnancy Yoga, Hypnobirthing, and Access Bars services to support you through every stage of your pregnancy and birth journey. Based in East Croydon, I cover surrounding areas.
I'm a qualified Hypnobirthing and Pregnancy Yoga teacher. Since 2008, I have worked with over 3,000 pregnant women and couples, guiding them toward a calm, confident, and empowered birthing experience.
I offer pregnancy yoga in-person group classes in South Croydon.

Pregnancy Yoga
Yoga stretches and effective movements can help you be more comfortable with the emotional and physical changes during the second and third trimesters.
Yoga can also prepare your mind and body for birth and introduce you to empowering techniques for releasing fear and building confidence.
